We ship all orders from Loveland, Colorado via USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on business days typically ship the same day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Free Shipping
Orders over qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Returns
Not satisfied? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email
How to Start a Return
Email support@synapsegoods.store with your order number and a brief reason. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the correct product to you.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at support@synapsegoods.store. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at your choice.
